Update to our Sports Section
We've recently updated our Sports section with a new look and feel. Our new sports version features faster load times, and simplified navigation, making it easier than ever to find your markets and place your bets. If you're on desktop, you can switch between Beta (our new sports pages) and Classic (our old sports pages) at any time using the banner at the top of the page. Alternatively, download the app for the full new sports experience!
Below you'll find answers to some common questions about the updated Sports section.
How do I switch between Beta and Classic on desktop?
You can switch between Beta and Classic at any time using the banner pinned to the top of the Sports page. Simply click 'Switch' to move between the two versions.
Please note that bets placed on Horse Racing, Greyhounds and Virtual Sports in Classic will not be visible in Beta's My Bets section. All other bets will be visible across both versions.
Are there any features missing from Beta?
We're continuing to develop Beta and some features are not yet available. The following are currently only available in Classic, or on the app:
- Horse Racing and Greyhounds
- Virtual Sports
- Search
- Coupons
- System Bets (e.g. Trixies, Patents, Yankees)
- Enhanced match statistics and data visualisations
You can switch back to Classic at any time using the banner at the top of the page to access any of the above. Alternatively, you can download the app for the full Sports experience, where all of the above are available.
All other features remain unchanged and are fully available in Beta.
I'm based in Ireland. Why can't I access Sports?
Sports is not currently available to customers based in Ireland. If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact our Customer Support team who will be happy to help.
I placed a large bet and it wasn't approved. Why?
Occasionally, larger bets require additional review before they can be accepted. If your bet was not approved, please try placing it with a lower stake. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you continue to experience issues, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support team.
Can I still place accumulators and Bet Builders in Beta?
Yes, accumulators and Bet Builders are fully available in the Beta version of our Sports section.
Are my rewards, free bets and promotions still available in Beta?
Yes, all of your rewards including Free Bets, Profit Boosts and Second Chance offers are fully available in the Beta version of our Sports section.
