Why do I need to provide documents to verify my account?
As a licensed gaming operator, we're required to perform checks on every account registered with us to ensure the registered details are correct. These include things like checking every person who registers is over the age of 18 and has a UK residence. Most of these checks are performed behind the scenes, but no credit checks are performed at this stage so your credit rating is unaffected.
Sometimes as part of these checks, we're unable to automatically verify your details and we'll need a bit of help from you just to ensure that everything is ok. There may be times that we ask you to provide supporting documentation to verify your age or address, and when these documents are required we'll always let you know via email or on your account.
