I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
If you can't remember your password, don't worry — resetting it is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps:
- Click 'Forgotten Details?' on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address and date of birth, then click 'Submit'.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email. The reset link inside is valid for 30 minutes — if it expires, simply repeat steps 1–2 to request a new one.
- Click the link in the email and follow the steps to create a new password.
Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if the email doesn't appear in your inbox within a few minutes.
My account is locked after too many login attempts
Don't worry — this is a temporary security measure, not a permanent account closure.
If you enter an incorrect password 5 or more times, your account is automatically locked to keep it safe. You can regain access immediately by resetting your password.
If you see the message:
"Looks like you may have forgotten your password. To protect your security we have locked your account"
Follow these steps to unlock your account:
- Click 'Forgotten Details?' on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address and date of birth.
- Click the reset link in the email sent to you and create a new password.
Once reset, you'll be able to log back in straight away.
I'm having trouble resetting my password
If the password reset isn't working, please check the following:
- Make sure you're entering the exact email address registered to your account — even a small typo will prevent the reset from working.
- Double-check your date of birth is entered correctly.
- Check your spam or junk folder for the reset email.
No longer have access to your registered email address? Please contact our team who can verify your identity and update your account details.
Entered your details incorrectly multiple times during the reset process? Your account may be temporarily blocked for up to 24 hours as a security precaution. You can contact our team to unlock your account.
Error: "Please try again, your username/email or password has not been recognised"
This error means the login details you've entered don't match what we have on record. For security reasons, we're unable to confirm which specific detail is incorrect.
We recommend:
- Double-checking your email address and password for any typos.
- Using the 'Forgotten Details?' link on the login page to reset your password.
Please note: After 5 incorrect attempts, your account will be locked and a password reset will be required.
