When would a live jackpot be removed?

We pride ourselves on providing our members with a range of opportunities so that we can make the site more enjoyable. To give you an overall better experience, this does mean changing aspects of our site from time-to-time so that we can offer you a wider variety of games, promotions and experiences. This may result in certain games being removed from time to time, including live jackpots.  

Can a live jackpot be removed before it has been won?

In certain circumstances, we may do this if it is not feasible to wait until the jackpot has been won in the interests of giving all our players a better experience overall.

What happens to contributions made towards a live jackpot when it is removed?

Where a live jackpot containing player contributions is removed, those contributions will be returned fairly according to the circumstances.  

To achieve this, we may use any method that we may consider to be fair, including refunding remaining contributions, or adding any remaining contributions onto another jackpot system, or any similar method.
