Unable to Login or Reset Password
I'm unable to login, what should I do?
If you have been unable to login and tried this more than 5 times your account may have been blocked for your security. All you need to do is reset your password by clicking on 'Forgot Login Details?' from the Home Page and then head to 'Forgotten Password'. You will need to enter your registered email address and date of birth and you will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
I am unable to reset my password, what should I do?
If you have tried to reset your password more than 10 times and got your details incorrect, your account will have been blocked for 24 hours for security. You will need to wait for 24 hours and then reset your password onsite before you will be able to login.
My account has been blocked for 24 hours, what should I do?
Your account has been blocked for security reasons due to their being multiple failed attempts to reset your password. This is nothing to worry about and is simply to protect your security. Once 24 hours has passed you will then be able to reset your password onsite by clicking on 'Forgot Login Details?' from the Home Page and then head to 'Forgotten Password'. You will need to enter your registered email address and date of birth and you will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Once you have done this you will be able to login to your account again.
