Why does my deposit show as failed?
If a deposit doesn't come through right away, it will display as 'Pending'. If we're sure it won't come through at all, it will show as 'Failed'. Please be assured that we will not charge you for a failed deposit.
Also, many high street banks now have the ability to block gambling transactions. If your deposits are failing, it may be that you have set some gambling blocks with your bank. We recommend contacting your payment provider to check if this is in place.
My deposit failed but it has been taken from my bank account, why?
In some cases, when a deposit shows as 'Pending', the funds will be removed from your bank account. If this happens, the funds will be placed onto your playing balance within 24-48 hours, and the status of the deposit in your history will be updated to show as 'Successful'.
In some cases, the funds will not be removed from your bank account. If this happens, the status of the deposit in your history will be updated to show as 'Failed' within that same timescale.
How can I check to see if my deposit failed?
You can check the status of all deposit attempts by going to My Account > History > Transaction History.
My PayPal deposit shows as pending, what do I do?
If your deposit is showing as "Pending" whilst using PayPal, then this means that the deposit wasn't successful, and no funds would be removed from your PayPal account.
When you deposit with this method, you should be re-directed to their site, where you can log into your PayPal account and then click to authorise the payment. If the page doesn't re-direct or load correctly, then the deposit can't be authorised and will show as "Pending".

Once you have cleared them, you should be able to deposit again by clicking My Account > Deposit.
My Paysafecard deposit shows as pending, what do I do?
If your deposit from Paysafecard is showing as "Pending", then this usually means that it has been unsuccessful and no funds would be removed from the card/voucher itself.
Can I try again?
Of course, if a deposit doesn't come through to us you can add a new payment method instead, or try again. We recommend that you ensure the original payment has failed or been cancelled before attempting again.
