Verification Process
Why do you need to verify my details?
As with any company offering real money transactions, like banks and financial services, we cross-check the details you register with a third-party identity management agency to make sure they are legitimate. A credit check is not performed, and your credit rating will be unaffected, but if we can verify you in this way you will have no need to send ID before you start playing.
What happens if we are unable to confirm your details?
If this is the case, we will clearly communicate any requests and provide guidance on what types of documents or information we need via our website, email, or by SMS and telephone. If you’ve been asked for some ID documents, you can find more info here.
Why couldn’t I be verified?
You may have accidentally entered incorrect details such as your date of birth, used a shortened name, or maiden name, the format of your address details could differ to what is held on official records (i.e. flat number, house number or name) or you may have recently moved address.
If that’s the case, simply contact our dedicated 24/7 Customer Support team via Live Chat. Our team should hopefully be able to quickly review and resolve any issues and soon have your account open and ready to play. Remember, it is an offence to gamble if you are under 18 years old, so you will not be able to register or play if you are under 18 – no matter how accurate your details are.
How do I confirm my details?
