How do I change my contact Details?
To do this, simply go to Menu > My Account > Manage Details to update your password, phone number, email address or home address.
How do I change my marketing preferences?
Go to My Account > Manage Details > Contact Preferences and there you change your contact preferences to receive offers by email, post and SMS. If you remove yourself from any marketing lists, please allow up to 72 hours for these changes to take effect.
My name has changed. How do I change this on my account?
If you need to update your registered name on your account following a formal change of name, you will need to send verification of the change.
Documents to verify these changes of name can include:
• Marriage Certificate
• Decree Absolute
• Deed Poll document
An image of one of these documents will need to be sent to our Verification Team in order to update your registered details. For details on how to send documents to us please click here.
I’ve registered the wrong name; how can I change this?
If you have entered the incorrect name while registering, please contact our Customer Support Team. It may be necessary to provide an image of a document proving your identity such as:
• Driving License/ Provisional License
• Birth Certificate
• The front and back of a UK Resident Permit.
If this is the case, the Advisor will let you know what is required and how to send it to us.
My date of birth is incorrect. How do I change this on my account?
We’ll need to update this for you and verify that the new details are correct. You just need to send us a copy of either:
• Driving License/Provisional License
• Birth Certificate

Can I change my username?
Usernames normally remain the same forever. However, we can change it if we consider the name to be unsuitable or if there is an exceptional reason to make the change, like for security. If you want to change your username, please contact our Customer Support Team with your suggested username.
My payment method has changed. How do I add my new payment details?
To add a new card, go to Menu > My Account > Deposit Funds > Add Method, if the long card number has changed.
If the card number is the same but the expiry date has changed, you’ll need Menu > My Account > Deposit Funds > Update Method.
