To ensure a fair playing environment, certain rules have been implemented. These include, but are not limited to the following: (please see existing Terms & Conditions, how to play section and chat guidelines for more information)

• Multi-accounting: You cannot join the same Cash Game + table with one or more linked accounts, on our other ventures or share accounts with another person. 

• Short-stacking: Deliberately buying in for less to gain an advantage is not permitted. Players must buy-in with the set buy-in amount and cannot choose to buy-in for less or more.

• Real-time assistance: Using software or resources that provide strategic information or advice during a hand is prohibited. Players must make their own decisions. Please see game rules for further information. 

• Abusive behaviour: Chatting with abusive language is not allowed. Refer to the chat rules for more information. 

• Chip-dumping: Transferring chips between accounts or players is forbidden. 

• Collusion: Working with other players or sharing information to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.

• Playing hands for free: Due to the Cash Game posting fee policy, playing hands without posting the required fee is not possible.

• Fraud and money laundering: Engaging in fraudulent activities or money laundering is strictly prohibited and will result in appropriate action taken against the account(s). For more details, refer to the site's Terms & Conditions.

Currently, it is not possible to use poker tickets to buy-in to Cash Game+ tables. Poker tickets can only be used for purchasing entries into Poker Tournaments and Wild Seat® Poker games. You can find the tickets button located in the top right-hand corner of the poker lobby. The description section of the ticket will usually specify which tournaments or buy-in fee the ticket can be used for.

In the rare event that all tables at a particular stake level are full, please inform our hosts using the chat feature. In the meantime, we recommend choosing another stake level or enjoying Wild Seat® games or Poker tournaments instead.

Unlike other poker operators, we have chosen to set a specific buy-in amount for each stake level. This means that whenever a player leaves a table, they must as a minimum return with the same buy-in amount they initially made. This rule prevents players from short-stacking in cash games and exploiting the unfair advantages that this strategy can bring.

For each stake level, there is a set buy-in, which means the minimum chip stack you can play with is equal to the buy-in amount. However, if players at the same table have accumulated chip stacks larger than the set buy-in, they can play pots as big as their chip stacks permit.

Players will be able to play tournaments, Wild Seat® Poker and Cash Games+ at the same time. That means you can pick and choose any two tables from these 3 game formats at once! 

Note, it is strictly forbidden to play on the same table with linked accounts in Wild Seat® Poker and in Cash Games+.

To sit out from a Cash Game+ table, you can find the "Sit out" button in the actions menu below your player details, chip stack, and avatar. 

There are two options to sit out: 

(a) You can tick the "Sit out" button to be immediately sat out if you're not active in a hand. If you are active in a hand, it becomes a pending action, and the button will be marked. The request is processed when the hand ends or when you fold, whichever happens first. 

(b) The second option is to sit out just before you would have to post the Big Blind (BB). The button will be labelled as "Sit out next BB." This allows you to sit out automatically after playing your hand from the UTG (Under the Gun) position. Once you click this button, the action is pending, and the button will be marked. 

You can sit out for a maximum of 5 minutes, after which you will be automatically removed from the table. If you wish to re-enter, you may be placed randomly at a different table within the same stake level. 

Please note the length of time which you have been sitting for determines the possible penalties you may pay when re-entering.

If you wish to join the game in earlier position than from in the Big Blind, or have sat out and the blinds have passed, there are the following penalties, which all players are subject to posting, maintaining fairness for all players. This rule is in place to stop players playing hands for free and leaving, without posting an equal amount of blinds to other players. 

If you wish to join the game earlier than the Big Blind or if you have been sat out and the blinds have passed, there are penalties that apply to ensure fairness. These penalties require you to post blinds to prevent playing hands for free without contributing to the pot like other players. The penalties are as follows:

Sitting-in and Sitting-out and posting fee’s:

*Dead Small Blind = A small blind posted by a player incurring a penalty for missing posting blind(s). The dead small blind feeds into the pot, but is not considered a bet, unlike the Big Blind penalty which is considered a bet. 

Our minimum and maximum buy-in is the same as the stake level you are entering. 

If you have a chip stack larger than the buy-in level and choose to leave the table, when you return, you will be randomly placed at another table within the same stake level. However, when you return, you will need to buy-in for the set buy-in level. This means you won't be able to buy-in with as many chips as you had when you left. When a player leaves a cash game, their chips return to their account balance.
